Is There Global Cooling?
(the antithesis of a warming world?)
Is There Global Warming?
Welcome........
I am not a scientist and do not pretend to be. But, I have been watching the issue of climate change now for two decades and have found it is not what many say it is. Here are a collection of articles, sources, and information. Use it if you like. Hopefully it will encourage you to seek your own truth since this is one of the great issues of our time.
Geoffrey Pohanka
How is this used to promote a cause? How is it possible anyone says that the world will come to an end within a decade if rapid decarbonization does not take place immediately. All one has to do is look at the historical level of CO2 (levels were as much as 17 times greater in 85% of the past 600 million years, CO2 levels were 500% higher in the bio diverse age of the dinosaur), to see that the ten years or else is a canard, a complete fabrication, it is bogus, and is designed to push an agenda that needs pushing. As for deindustrializing the planet, please observe there was no decrease in atmospheric CO2 as the world's economy ground to a halt under Covid lockdowns. You see, most CO2 comes from nature and not mankind. The system is much more complex than 'alarmists' want you to believe. This does not mean we should stop looking for cleaner energy solutions and be smart about our environment. The best way to clean the air, help the under developed world develop (with access to energy), so they become more affluent, have the resources to modernize. They will clean up their countries as we have, and also have less children, which in the end, is inevitably what happens when a nation develops. In my opinion, baseless alarmist fears are not constructive.

Some leaders of the Climate Alarmists know exactly what their goals are, they are anti-capitalist, deindustrialists and genocidal depopulationists:
We need to get some broad based support,to capture the public's imagination...So we have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements and make little mention of any doubts...Each of us has to decide what the right balance between being effective and being honest."
- Prof. Stephen Schneider,
Stanford Professor of Climatology,
lead author of many IPCC reports
"We've got to ride this global warming issue.Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic and environmental policy."
- Timothy Wirth,
President of the UN Foundation
"No matter if the science of global warming is all phony...climate change provides the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world."
- Christine Stewart,
former Canadian Minister of the Environment
“The data doesn't matter. We're not basing our recommendations
on the data. We're basing them on the climate models.”

founder of the UN Environment Programme
Hadley Centre for Climate Prediction and Research
“The models are convenient fictions
that provide something very useful.”
- Dr David Frame,
climate modeler, Oxford University
"I believe it is appropriate to have an 'over-representation' of the facts on how dangerous it is, as a predicate for opening up the audience."
- Al Gore,
Climate Change activist
"It doesn't matter what is true,
it only matters what people believe is true."

co-founder of Greenpeace
"The only way to get our society to truly change is to frighten people with the possibility of a catastrophe."
-professor David Botkin
"A keen and anxious awareness is evolving to suggest that fundamental changes will have to take place in the world order and its power structures, in the distribution of wealth and income. Perhaps only a new and enlightened humanism can permit mankind to negotiate this transition."

"The goal now is a socialist, redistributionist society,
which is nature's proper steward and society's only hope."
- David Brower,
founder of Friends of the Earth
"If we don't overthrow capitalism, we don't have a chance of saving the world ecologically. I think it is possible to have an ecologically sound society under socialism. I don't think it is possible under capitalism"

"Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse?
Isn't it our responsibility to bring that about?"
- Maurice Strong,
His [Hitler’s] primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it. (Wikipedia)
"The Nazi propaganda machine exploited ordinary Germans by encouraging them to be co-producers of a false reality." (slate)
How this relates to the issue of climate change.....Over billions of years, the geologic record shows there is no long-term correlation between atmospheric CO2 levels and Earth’s climate. (PNAS.org)
If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the state can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the state to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the state. (Joseph Goebbles, Hitler's propaganda minister)
Whether it is the fabricated dire consequences of so-called climate change, ....... the fictitious wonders of socialism, the destruction of any semblance of free speech and the single-minded obliteration anyone who dares oppose them. (Bill O'Neil)
(the author's position below)
Our society is not perfect. There are things we need to improve without a doubt. There is a crisis today in America. We can fix this. We have before, and we can again. I believe in the human spirit, that things will work out in the end but it is a messy business getting there. All human life is important. Those who are oppressed need to be uplifted. Everyone needs a voice. But there are some that will take advantage of crisis and not to the benefit of those who they pretend to help. The tie here with the climate crisis, is that some corporations, some politicians, and others want to create a climate crisis so they can either cash in on subsidies or somehow promote their view of the world. Following some of their demands will cause energy prices to spike as it has in many countries. High energy prices hurts the poor the most. When this happens, it is called climate poverty. Climate poverty is when someones energy costs are ten percent or more of their budget. In Europe there are 50,000,000 who are in climate poverty (according to the European Commission). Thousands have to chose between buying food and buying energy, the choice is clear, buy food. In England thousands die every winter because they can no longer afford to heat their homes. link I am worried that this country is headed in the same direction due to climate fears that have been hyped. The poor need to be protected from this. I worry that those who can least afford the coming higher energy prices (with the zero emission mandate), will be hit hardest. The green new deal, in other words, will cost everyone, and especially the poor, the elderly on fixed budgets....a lot of green. Environmentalist Michael Shellenberger says to achieve net zero CO2 emissions half of the Earth's surface would need to be used for wind and solar power. Can you imagine what this planet would look like and the billions of tons of minerals and rare earths that would need to be mined and processed (with fossil fuels since you can only make steel with coal) to make this happen? Is this a world we want or can afford? (but certainly some would benefit such as huge corporations who would would be called upon to transform the planet and politicians who would pick who gets subsidies and who does not, a la Solyndra link).
